Lead end-to-end onboarding for fintech clients, coordinate internal teams and platform partners, ensure regulatory/compliance readiness, manage timelines and blockers, build client relationships, and maintain dashboards for leadership to track onboarding progress.

Serve as primary client contact to manage escalations, oversee service operations and staff, enforce compliance and security controls, analyze performance metrics, resolve customer issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead process improvement initiatives.
