Manage onboarding project lifecycles, configure platforms, resolve implementation roadblocks, coordinate multiple stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, deliver webinars and on-site training, synthesize customer feedback for product teams, and maintain implementation records for post-launch handoffs.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned enterprise clients to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion; advocate internally, align cross-functional teams, use success metrics to deliver client outcomes, and maintain executive-level relationships.
