Guide clients through technical implementation of Flywire payment products, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, launch, and post-implementation support. Lead multiple client projects, run workshops, troubleshoot integration issues, provide technical consultation, maintain documentation, and relay client feedback to Product teams. The role requires strong client management, project management, software implementation, API familiarity, and fluent English and Spanish communication.
