Builds and develops a high-performing organization, establishes data-driven success programs, partners cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes, and personally manages strategic escalations. Reports goals, forecasts, and performance trends to executive leadership while improving processes and scalability.

Leads three Financial Products teams, owning strategy, operating plans, customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, retention, and spend growth. Manages managers and individual contributors, establishes scalable processes and performance standards, develops talent, and uses dashboards and operating metrics to improve activation, customer satisfaction, productivity, and commercial outcomes. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Support, and Operations.
