Provide dedicated technical support to up to eight Premier Support customers, owning tickets from intake to resolution, leading kickoff calls and health checks, performing proactive maintenance, coordinating escalations with engineering, contributing knowledge base content, and driving operational efficiency projects.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers: design scalable solutions, run POCs, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, advise on best practices, deliver training/workshops, and relay customer feedback to product engineering and sales.

Customer Technical Architect provides technical enablement and architecture guidance to customers and internal teams, removes technical barriers, translates customer needs into product insights, builds training curriculum, and collaborates across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering to drive successful adoption of LogicMonitor.
