Manage enterprise customer success across onboarding, training, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Serve as a trusted advisor, conduct business reviews and health checks, resolve escalations, coordinate with support and sales teams, identify growth opportunities, and develop success plans aligned with customer business objectives. The role requires intermediate IT infrastructure knowledge and occasional customer travel.

Own customer relationships for assigned SaaS accounts, driving platform adoption, value delivery, retention, renewals, and growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, lead business reviews, manage account health and escalations, identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives, and advocate for customers across Product, Support, and Services teams.
