Work autonomously to meet activation goals, manage multiple consultations, collaborate with onboarding and cross-functional teams, and document inventory integrations and any deviations from best practices.

Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurant customers (Mandarin-speaking focus), drive adoption and retention of Toast products, deliver virtual meetings and demos, resolve technical and operational issues, leverage data to recommend product solutions, and participate in churn-saves and revenue retention conversations.

Lead creation and operationalization of CX standards, governance, and operating systems to ensure consistent, measurable customer-centric decision-making. Partner cross-functionally to embed customer outcomes into planning, OKRs, and execution, design immersion programs, track adoption and effectiveness, and drive executive visibility and accountability.
