The Senior AI Success Manager at Braze enhances customer success with AI use cases, collaborates with various teams for renewals and upsells, conducts data analysis, and serves as a strategic partner to clients.

Manage enterprise customer relationships to drive renewals, adoption, retention and advocacy. Build success plans, analyze product usage, provide strategic guidance and enablement, coordinate cross-functional support, and execute executive business reviews. Travel onsite/internationally as needed.
