Act as the post-sales technical liaison to ensure customer success: resolve escalated technical issues, onboard and train customers, drive adoption, advocate customer needs to product/engineering, enable technical sales and identify upsell opportunities, and represent Huntress at events.

The Product Support Specialist will provide technical support, assist customers with problem-solving, assess and escalate issues, and provide follow-up to ensure resolution. They will collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to product knowledge.

Lead and develop a team of Account Managers focused on driving Net Revenue Retention through product expansion, cross-sell, and renewals. Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong partner engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and performance growth.
