Manages a portfolio of up to six outsourcing or annuity service contracts, overseeing financial performance, budgets, customer satisfaction, negotiations, service delivery teams, governance, and account strategy. Builds executive customer relationships, leads virtual cross-functional teams, ensures policy and contract compliance, identifies new business opportunities, and drives additional revenue through product expansion. The role requires expertise in client management, P&L concepts, contract law, program management, and sophisticated support or outsourcing services.

Own strategic customer accounts, build senior stakeholder relationships, and lead onboarding, adoption, success planning, and issue escalation. Act as a trusted customer advocate while coordinating sales, product, engineering, and support teams. Drive measurable business value, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and account expansion across HPE’s as-a-service portfolio. The role requires cloud and IT service management knowledge, Eastern/Central Time Zone support, and approximately 10–15% domestic travel.
