Develops risk and security architectures with ServiceNow partners, creates reusable solution assets, leads workshops and proofs of concept, supports competitive positioning, and builds partner technical capabilities. The role advises executive stakeholders, mentors partner architects and presales teams, develops certification and maturity plans, influences pipeline, and guides solutions from concept through commercialization. It requires deep IRM or security expertise, implementation experience, channel sales, presales consulting, ServiceNow platform knowledge, territory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, design, demos, and POV/POC deployments for enterprise security and identity exposure management. Advise customers, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, produce customer-facing documentation and training, support events, and collaborate across Product, Enablement, and Customer Success. Travel typically 25–50%.

Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management solutions across cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and internal systems. Implement role design, least-privilege models, automated access reviews, SIEM-based observability, and Terraform/IAC automation. Drive end-to-end IAM projects, reduce privilege sprawl, and codify secure-by-default practices and runbooks.
