Lead troubleshooting, hardware bring-up, validation, qualification, and root-cause analysis for Arm-based AI compute platforms, including server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure. Diagnose thermal, power, networking, BIOS, and BMC issues; develop validation documentation and troubleshooting procedures; collaborate with engineering and data center teams; and mentor junior staff while supporting critical deployments and on-call activities.

Develop and maintain PCB component libraries, footprints, symbols, 3D models, and multilayer board layouts using Cadence Allegro/OrCAD.
