Lead end-to-end integration, validation, troubleshooting, and production deployment of perception hardware for humanoid robots. Responsibilities include custom camera and sensor module development, optical vendor and contract manufacturer coordination, ISP tuning, high-speed video link debugging, camera-LiDAR-IMU synchronization, calibration fixture deployment, DVT and EOL testing, and cross-functional technical leadership across mechanical, thermal, industrial design, software, and manufacturing teams.

Own and maintain Altium ECAD libraries, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, pad stacks, and 3D models. Ensure component accuracy, IPC and JEDEC compliance, DFM/DFA readiness, standardized metadata, lifecycle governance, and revision control. Manage part-introduction workflows, audits, and ECAD-to-PLM integration while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and contract manufacturing teams. Automate library processes through scripting and support board bring-up and design reviews.

Lead the design and development of robotic gloves, soft goods, grip surfaces, elastomeric components, and flexible protective interfaces for a humanoid robot. Develop materials, coatings, sensor integration, mechanical architectures, prototypes, validation methods, and serviceable production designs. Collaborate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams from concept through production, troubleshoot failures, support DFM, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead mechanical design and integration of battery packs, enclosures, charging interfaces, and autonomous docking stations for humanoid robots. Drive mechanical architecture, structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, validation, reliability, manufacturability, supplier collaboration, and production support. Partner cross-functionally with electrical, controls, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams while mentoring junior engineers and establishing design best practices.

Lead and grow a Production Engineering team to integrate, deploy, commission, and maintain humanoid robots. Own last-mile integration, on-site deployments, fleet rollout and observability, provisioning/configuration, and cross-functional handoffs while establishing repeatable processes, deployment playbooks, and on-call/reliability standards.
