Perform hands-on integration and testing, use Linux-based development, CI/CD and GitLab, follow Agile practices, and support automated unit testing and containerized development. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Join a cross-disciplinary team to design, develop, integrate, and test software for flight and mission‑critical avionics systems. Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test engineers, produce design artifacts, perform software testing/validation, and follow engineering processes. A coding assessment is part of the selection process.

Support front-end circuit card assembly and conformal coating manufacturing: develop, optimize, and sustain processes; troubleshoot equipment; run SPC and yield-improvement efforts; support NPI/NRE, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and ensure AS9100/IPC/J-STD compliance while maintaining process documentation and driving continuous improvement.

Lead a systems engineering team to plan, develop, integrate, test, and field electronic warfare systems. Manage requirements, test plans, cost/schedule, risk tracking, stakeholder engagement, and proposal support while overseeing system verification and technical reviews.

Lead multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams through the full product lifecycle for defense electro-optic and laser systems. Own technical, cost, and schedule aspects, drive design reviews, implement hardware development processes, support proposals and capture, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, operations, and program management.
