Mentor senior engineers and set architectural standards across Financial Engineering.

Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based compute orchestration and developer tooling. Deliver new compute capabilities, automate operations and observability, integrate AI into workflows, and partner with Security and Reliability to ensure platform scalability, performance, and incident response.

Build and scale full-stack customer and agent support experiences across React/TypeScript frontends and Go backend services. Own APIs, integrations, and AI/ML vendor integrations, drive CX outcomes through experimentation and metrics, improve reliability through on-call incident response, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Ops to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Design, build, and operate backend Go services and smart contracts that mint, burn, bridge, and reconcile wrapped assets across multiple chains. Own end-to-end delivery from smart contract deployment through API design, SLOs, and production rollout. Drive asset migration pipeline improvements, run on-call operations, build observability and runbooks, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and deliver blockchain network infrastructure and platform APIs, lead multi-quarter initiatives (chain integrations, re-architecture, data migrations), define APIs/SLOs/observability and on-call ownership, ship SDKs and platform primitives, establish data contracts, and simplify cross-chain operations to enable analytics, ML, and data engineering teams.

Lead architecture and delivery of IT automations and integrations across platforms (n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Jira). Act as technical DRI for complex automation projects, partner with Security and IAM, build reusable frameworks and documentation, establish engineering standards and code review practices, and mentor peers.
