Develops and releases new product BOMs and manufacturing/test/sourcing strategies for complex modules. Manages validation of Operation Method Sheets, performs 3D solid-model virtual analysis (MLO/DMU), leads change control (ECO/CCB/NSR) and root cause/corrective actions. Orchestrates managed builds, provides technical support and training to internal and contract manufacturing and suppliers, and participates in design reviews to improve cost, quality, and cycle time.

Lead cross-functional quality and reliability engineering projects for semiconductor capital equipment. Perform reliability analysis, plan validation tests, drive 8D/FA remediation, conduct FMECA, manage supplier part qualification, analyze failure-rate data, and review engineering changes for Q&R impact.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic assemblies and schematics for semiconductor/display equipment. Perform engineering analysis and testing, generate reports and product specifications, coordinate procurement and suppliers, resolve technical issues, lead small projects and mentor junior engineers, and create documentation for product releases.
