Partner with Retail Consumer Engineering and Product leaders to deliver HR services: organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, change management, employee engagement, compliance, and people analytics. Advise leaders, support recruiting and retention, lead performance and compensation processes, and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
