Supports compliant administration of employee absence, leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation programs across North America. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, leaders, vendors, and employees on complex cases, policy interpretation, compliance, risk mitigation, reporting, training, process improvement, and stakeholder education. Analyzes trends and metrics, maintains dashboards and knowledge content, supports system enhancements, and contributes to policy and workflow improvements.

Monitors and audits absence, accommodation, and workers’ compensation case management for accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and employee experience. Analyzes quality trends, evaluates risk, provides feedback, supports corrective actions and training, prepares reports, and recommends process improvements. Partners with HR, leadership, training, and cross-functional stakeholders on quality standards, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.

Administers and coordinates U.S. and Canadian absence, accommodation, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work cases. Manages FMLA, ADA, PWFA, military, DOT/FMCSA, and administrative leave workflows; partners with TPAs, HR, employees, and business stakeholders; handles escalations and confidential communications; tracks documentation and compliance; and supports reporting, dashboards, audits, service-level monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Administers employee leave, workplace accommodation, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs across the U.S. and Canada. Serves as a primary contact for employees, managers, and HR partners; reviews and routes cases, maintains documentation in HR and claims systems, processes return-to-work information, provides multichannel support, and ensures compliance with leave regulations, ADA, EEOC, and company policies. Escalates complex cases and identifies trends and process improvements.

Leads an instructional design team and oversees learning strategy, curriculum development, and delivery across Cox Automotive. Partners with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritize investments, manage learning portfolios, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended solutions. Drives innovation using learning technologies and AI-enabled practices, measures program effectiveness, manages resources and priorities, and develops a high-performing team focused on business impact and continuous improvement.
