Partners with Finance, Legal, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, executives, and the board to support competitive, compliant, and data-informed rewards programs.

Leads Apptronik’s global product education and technical learning strategy for robotics employees, partners, and customers. Builds scalable LMS, LXP, certification, competency, documentation, and simulation ecosystems; aligns training with product launches and field deployment readiness; manages budgets, metrics, commercialization, and P&L impact; and recruits and develops multidisciplinary teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Global Services teams to improve product adoption, support deflection, customer confidence, and human-robot operational literacy.
