Support full-cycle recruiting for two pet food manufacturing plants, sourcing and engaging hourly and salaried candidates. Partner with hiring managers, manage candidate flow, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, deliver excellent candidate experience, leverage bilingual English/Spanish skills, and collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to improve processes and meet high-volume hiring needs.
