Provides frontline IT support across multiple facilities, resolving incidents, break/fix issues, access requests, device problems, software needs, and routine administrative tasks. Provisions devices, installs software, tracks assets, documents resolutions, supports executives and VIP users, and participates in deployments, upgrades, office moves, and inventory projects. Collaborates with Level 2 technicians while developing technical independence and supporting cross-site operations.

Maintains multi-site physical and virtual server infrastructure, Windows and Linux systems, identity platforms, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backups, DNS, DHCP, and file services. Oversees monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, documentation, system hardening, and infrastructure changes. Serves as the Level 2 escalation point, supports upgrades and deployments, coordinates vendors, and enables reliable IT operations within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
