The Business Solutions Analyst supports product development by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, conducting data analysis, developing requirements, and improving business processes related to pharmacy services.

Serve as primary EDI liaison for suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Gather and document requirements, develop functional specs, write and execute test cases, resolve transaction issues, analyze performance metrics, and support process redesign. Provide guidance to stakeholders, escalate and troubleshoot technical problems, and coach junior team members to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
