Responsibilities include real-time staffing and workload allocation, coaching and performance management, escalation resolution, quality oversight, onboarding, KPI monitoring, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting operational insights. The role requires rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage and supports members during lab visits, including Quest and mobile phlebotomy appointments.
