Manage day-to-day operations of Imprivatas Austin office, overseeing facilities, vendors, supplies, onboarding logistics, events, and workplace safety. Partner with HR, IT, Finance and others to support employee experience, continuous improvement, and business continuity. Role is hybrid and requires four days per week on-site.

Create and maintain technical knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, decision trees, and training materials to improve support case resolution. Partner with SMEs, analyze case trends, capture repeatable troubleshooting workflows, maintain content quality, and prioritize a backlog of enablement requests to enhance Support efficiency and escalation accuracy.
