Own Core IT business operations, including SaaS budgets, licensing, vendor management, hardware procurement, inventory, logistics, and renewals. Lead a small team, build operational processes and reporting, optimize spend, manage enterprise contracts, and partner with IT, Finance, Sales, and R&D leadership. The role also oversees multi-region hardware operations and supports the development of a scalable Business Operations function.

Own the Global Support organization’s annual operating plan, capacity, headcount, and cost models. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, develop reporting frameworks, validate metrics, and provide executive-level insights and recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Support, Finance, Workforce Management, and People to improve productivity, staffing, cost-to-serve, vendor strategy, and customer experience. Use AI and self-service analytics tools to accelerate modeling, reporting, and operational decision-making.

Build and ship internal data and AI products to help Product and Engineering teams. Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, convert analyses into repeatable tools and dashboards, and drive end-to-end projects from scoping to launch and iteration. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, translate findings into decision-ready recommendations, and embed feedback loops and documentation for long-term adoption.
