Manages client portfolios, applies travel policies, identifies savings, supports online and offline booking tools, maintains service-level agreements, and builds lasting client relationships. The role requires strong business travel knowledge, GDS expertise, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Navan and R&M technology.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.
