Build and lead Apollo’s Partner Operations function within Revenue Operations. Own partner operating models, systems architecture, data quality, attribution, reporting, lifecycle instrumentation, deal registration, commercial operations, and revenue-share coordination. Translate partnership strategy into scalable processes and cross-functional requirements across Systems, Data, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. Use analytics, automation, and AI to improve partner performance, operational efficiency, and revenue visibility.

The Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal support, ensure accuracy in contracts, improve processes, and translate operational issues into solutions.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Design scalable solutions, govern multi-instance Salesforce, support quote-to-cash and AI-driven GTM builds, build automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), integrate Salesforce tools, lead stakeholder alignment, and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.
