Own product management for the internal Scout CSM platform, including roadmap, stakeholder alignment, sprint execution, and iteration. Drive cross-functional CS Operations projects, design scalable processes and workflows, build dashboards and operational insights, improve CSM capacity and retention, and implement AI-enabled automation. Partner with Customer Success, CX, Support, Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, and other leaders to deliver operational improvements and support adoption of new systems.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for SEO and AI visibility across thousands of real estate websites. Lead technical SEO foundations, structured data, performance, experimentation, migrations, measurement, and AI citation visibility. Partner with engineering and product teams to establish scalable defaults, safeguards, acceptance criteria, and reporting that improve organic discovery, client conversions, and platform-wide search quality.
