Lead Foundation Building for new customers, coordinate implementation and transition activities, maintain dashboards and Salesforce updates, and establish scalable standards across Access Intelligence Platform offerings. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve services, resolve escalations, align programs with product strategy, and support customer retention and expansion.
