Leads global teams spanning value consulting, proposal writing, program management, and partnership solutions. The role oversees managers and regional leads, establishes priorities, manages cross-functional dependencies, develops operating processes and metrics, supports enterprise deals and RFPs, and reports program impact to executive leadership. It also owns organizational scaling, hiring plans, global process consistency, and alignment with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Partnerships.

Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and Technical Program Managers to define and execute the CX technology roadmap. Own CX systems lifecycle, vendor relations, AI adoption, integrations, data alignment with analytics, governance, and delivery excellence to drive operational efficiency across Post Sales and CX functions.
