Own the portfolio-wide vendor relationship and performance management program for critical maintenance and repair vendors. Establish governance, scorecards, KPIs, qualification standards, approved vendor lists, feedback processes, corrective actions, contract renewal tracking, and audit-ready records. Partner with site teams and maintenance strategy leaders to ensure vendor coverage, compliance, performance, and alignment with equipment strategies. The role is remote or hybrid and requires regular travel to Riot sites.

Leads global category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain resiliency for hyperscale data-center cooling infrastructure. Manages substantial spend across chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, containment, liquid cooling, and related systems. Partners with engineering, operations, and construction teams; develops supplier capacity; mitigates supply risks; monitors commodity markets and refrigerant regulations; and presents recommendations to executive stakeholders.
