Leads supply chain readiness for humanoid robot NPI, from prototypes through production ramp. Owns BOM and AVL governance, supplier qualification, supply chain risk mitigation, configuration management, engineering changes, material readiness, and supplier recovery. Manages operations engineering staff and coordinates with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure qualified sources, accurate product data, build readiness, and on-time delivery.

Lead and scale inventory, warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions to improve inventory accuracy and material availability. Establish inventory controls, barcode workflows, ERP/MRP discipline, supplier management, inbound/outbound logistics, KPIs, and continuous-improvement processes. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance while building and coaching operational teams to support higher-volume manufacturing.

Own global sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for electronics commodities, including PCB, PCBA, harnesses, compute hardware, sensors, and components. Lead RFQs, negotiations, contracts, should-cost modeling, cost reduction, supplier qualification, dual sourcing, supply-risk mitigation, and NPI readiness. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management to support prototype through volume production while managing capacity, lifecycle, compliance, and supplier performance.
