Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service inventory, including warehouse organization, demand forecasting, receiving, cycle counts, asset serialization, stock replenishment, and regional order fulfillment. Coordinate with service teams, dock operations, carriers, and regional hubs to maintain inventory accuracy, prevent stockouts, and ship parts efficiently. The role is on-site in Austin and requires process improvement, ERP expertise, physical warehouse work, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Lead and scale inventory, warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions to improve inventory accuracy and material availability. Establish inventory controls, barcode workflows, ERP/MRP discipline, supplier management, inbound/outbound logistics, KPIs, and continuous-improvement processes. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance while building and coaching operational teams to support higher-volume manufacturing.
