Manage Mexico cross-border customer accounts: book appointments, communicate with carriers and customers, handle accessorials, monitor awards and KPIs, secure committed capacity, manage transloads, and identify operational improvements to increase profitability and service quality.

Lead and develop the operational risk team to prevent carrier fraud and cargo theft. Design and refine risk mitigation processes, manage ticket KPIs, liaise with Sales, oversee HVHR program, coordinate stolen freight recovery with law enforcement, and partner cross-functionally to integrate risk controls across the business.

Lead and scale Arrive Fresh carrier capacity for perishable produce and floral logistics. Build and coach carrier procurement teams, implement SOPs, ensure food-safety compliance (FSMA, STF, PACA), manage bids and contracts, partner with Tech to improve TMS capabilities, and optimize carrier KPIs like lane pricing, tender acceptance, and retention.
