Oversee rack integration operations by validating BOMs, resolving hardware specifications, coordinating contract manufacturers, managing materials and logistics, tracking partner SLAs and quality metrics, and maintaining program visibility in Jira. The role also develops lightweight AI- and LLM-enabled automations, analyzes build and spend data, and collaborates across engineering, procurement, supply chain, and external hardware partners.

Lead global sourcing and procurement for network hardware across Cloudflare’s data centers. Own vendor negotiations, total cost of ownership targets, supplier quality, contracts, inventory, and supply planning. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams on hardware evaluations, coordinate infrastructure deployments with manufacturers and contractors, and standardize physical deployment processes. The role also identifies automation opportunities and applies AI tools to improve sourcing, contract analysis, and operational workflows.

Lead the strategy, architecture, configuration, integration, governance, and lifecycle management of Cloudflare’s Oracle Fusion and Zip procurement ecosystem. Own the global Source-to-Pay process, supplier data, approval workflows, financial controls, release management, and AI procurement-agent governance. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to translate business requirements into scalable, automated workflows while maintaining audit readiness, data integrity, compliance, and accurate purchasing and payables operations.
