Support, configure, and optimize EPIC and Provide Enterprise systems. Provide Tier 1/2 support, assist implementations and upgrades, ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance, develop/deliver end-user training, generate reports, troubleshoot interfaces (HL7), and collaborate with clinicians and IT to improve workflows.

Responsible for managing a large portfolio of federal, state, and local grants including compliance, invoicing, cash collection, budgeting, variance analysis, month- and year-end close, audit support, staff supervision, and process improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting and grant compliance.

The Case Management Supervisor oversees a team of case managers, ensuring high-quality services, developing case management plans, and maintaining compliance with regulations while fostering a collaborative team environment.
