Lead end-to-end planning and execution of congress exhibits, sponsorships, and HCP engagement for assigned business units. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to build annual congress plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance and audit readiness, drive vendor performance, support onsite execution, and identify process improvements to deliver consistent brand experiences.
