Provides operating-unit support for refinery process control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting hardware and software, managing system lifecycle activities, coordinating vendors, leading management of change, and supporting capital projects. The role performs system upgrades, incident investigations, application support, training, documentation, reliability improvements, and process-control standards development. It requires occasional extended-hours and emergency response, refinery-site access, on-call availability, up to 10% travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides troubleshooting and technical support for rotating and fixed equipment. Applies reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve equipment performance. Develops project requests with financial justification, supports decision packages, champions Management of Change activities, establishes equipment monitoring plans and control limits, and verifies repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Lead design, implementation, lifecycle management, and advanced support of refinery business LANs. Own Layer 1 cabling/fiber and Layer 2 switching, troubleshoot complex incidents, drive refreshes and projects, strengthen segmentation with cybersecurity teams, maintain documentation, mentor engineers, and automate/network-monitoring tasks to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.
