TurnKey Vacation Rentals completed a $31 million Series D round of financing on Monday, bringing the startup’s total funding to more than $70 million. The company’s vacation rental management platform provides renters and property owners with a number of in-house tools including digital locks, housecleaning scheduling, noise monitoring and 24/7 guest support. Real estate tech startup ListingSpark raised $2 million in funding last week from three investors, according to an SEC filing with the state.
