ICON reveals 3D-printed concrete homes, wins SXSW pitch event

Austin-based ICON recently unveiled its low-cost 3D printing platform that prints 650-square-foot, single story cement homes — in 24 hours or less. The company debuted its construction technology at this year’s SXSW Accelerator Pitch Event and won for the social and culture category. TurnKey Vacation Rentals locks in huge $31M Series D

TurnKey Vacation Rentals completed a $31 million Series D round of financing on Monday, bringing the startup’s total funding to more than $70 million. The company’s vacation rental management platform provides renters and property owners with a number of in-house tools including digital locks, housecleaning scheduling, noise monitoring and 24/7 guest support. ListingSpark raises $2M in funding

Real estate tech startup ListingSpark raised $2 million in funding last week from three investors, according to an SEC filing with the state. Launched in 2011, the company offers full-service real estate brokerage services for $7 a day without taking listing commissions. The company did not issue a statement regarding the news. Machine learning startup out of London opens U.S. headquarters in Austin

Adthena, a London-based company that provides big data marketing search solutions, announced this week the opening of its U.S. headquarters here in town. The company launched in 2012 and supports brands from retail, finance, travel, automotive and more.
