OutboundEngine scores $14.3 million to expand into new industries. The Austin-based company’s marketing software manages everything from websites to email, text message and social media marketing for small businesses. Alegion snags $12 million to ease the tedious job of AI data labeling. The platform takes companies’ raw data and makes it useful by labeling that it.
