The Austin tech scene is starting the month of strong with funding rounds and acquisitions. Read on for the latest. This is the Built In Austin weekly refresh.

FloSports will get a new HQ. Austin-based FloSports is a digital streaming service for live sports. The company announced it signed a four-year lease for new headquarters in downtown Austin. The 40,000-square-foot space will span across two floors at 301 Congress Ave. The space will include plenty of conference rooms and amenities such as a gym and coffee bar. FloSports will to hold onto its current location at 979 Springdale Road and plans to hire more than 100 people throughout the year. [Austin Business Journal]

Virdee raised $5M. Virdee is a hotel service app letting customers use ID verification and biometric authentication to check-in and out of their hotels as well as pay and access other services. Virdee has raised a total of $9 million to date. The company plans to use the seed funding to expand its team, scale its business and expand its network of integration partnerships. Virdee is looking to hire at least 20 new members over the next year. [Built In Austin]

CesiumAstro gained $60M. CesiumAstro provides active phased array systems for airborne and space platforms such as satellites and drones. The company gained $60 million in a Series B round co-led by Airbus Ventures and Forever Ventures. The funding will go toward its manufacturing, research and development. CesiumAstro will also open new offices in El Segundo, Germany and Washington, D.C. this year. [Built In Austin]

E2open acquired Logistyx Technologies. Austin-based E2open, a logistics tech company, acquired Chicago-based Logistyx Technologies in a $185 million deal. Logistyx Technologies provides omnichannel fulfillment technology and a global parcel system. The acquisition will create a bigger supply chain platform and network. [Built In Austin]
