Iris Telehealth got $40M. Iris Telehealth provides mental health services for hospitals and community health services, digitally, in over 30 states. The new funds will allow the company to grow by improving its technology and expanding its team. The company plans to add 200 more clinicians and 50 administrative workers throughout the year. Thoma Bravo will acquire SailPoint. Austin-based SailPoint provides identity security solutions using AI and machine learning. With the acquisition by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, the public company will become private again. The deal is said to worth about $6.9 billion. [Built In Austin]

Trace gained $47M. Trace captures video footage of young athletes who play softball, baseball and soccer. The Series C funding round will allow Trace to make its technology available to more sports. Trace also plans to hire over 100 positions in the future. [Built In Austin]
Diligent Robotics gained $30M. Diligent Robotics creates socially intelligent robots to perform services. Its most notable robot Moxi works as a frontline healthcare worker. The Series B funding raised will allow Diligent to improve the supply chain and help its teams to roll out robots quicker. [PR Newswire]
Wise opened an Austin office. Wise is a London-based fintech that employs about 3,000 people across 18 offices. A Wise account allows users to hold more than 50 currencies and transfer money across borders at at lower exchange rate. Everyware launched Pay By Text. Everyware provides contactless payment and customer engagement solutions for organizations across multiple industries. Its new Pay By Text is meant to eliminate the need of sharing card information and allows customers to only respond “yes” to permit payment. The company is currently looking to hire for 8 roles. M-Files extended its leadership. M-Files is an information management platform making it easier for workers to find the information they need. M-Files announced it appointed Bob Pritchard as the chief revenue officer. The company also added to the board of directors, appointing Nancy Harris and Christophe Duthoit. SecureLink was acquired by Imprivata. Austin-based SecureLink has been acquired by Lexington, Massachusetts-based Imprivata, a digital identity company working in the healthcare industry. Terms of the deal, which was finalized last week, were not disclosed. SecureLink provides privacy, security and data governance to companies across industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and government. It is also actively hiring for engineers and analysts.
