Green Dot Corporation has appointed Michael Meston as its chief human resources officer. In a statement, the company says Meston will play a crucial role in the company’s transition to a performance-driven platform that operates primarily in a remote work model. He will report directly to CEO George Gresham.
Prior to joining Green Dot, Meston served as the vice president and head of human resources for the BNANO group at Bruker Corporation. He has also held senior HR roles at Dexcom, Western Digital and Intel in the United States and Asia.
Green Dot, a digital bank and fintech, has been operating in a remote work model since 2020. With the addition of Meston as CHRO, Green Dot aims to foster a top notice work-from-anywhere culture while also achieving sustainable growth. The company recently completed a comprehensive processor conversion to become a more efficient platform.
