Austin-based Gyde, an AI-native brokerage platform, officially launched with $60 million in capital raised. The financing was led by Lightspeed, with participation from multiple endowment funds, MVP Ventures, Virtue, Crystal Venture Partners, Optum Ventures and others.
The company aims to allow a new generation of brokers to serve as comprehensive guides across insurance, wealth and health decisions. Its operating teams use AI technology to help agencies deliver higher-quality advice, deeper relationships and greater lifetime value for more clients. The platform includes the broker-facing GydeOS and intelligent assistant Gia.
Gyde is initially partnering with health insurance agencies through acquisition, focusing on agencies serving the Medicare Advantage, employee benefits and individual markets. Over the next several months, the company plans to unveil its initial partner cohort.
