Luxury Presence, a platform that helps high-performing real estate professionals grow their brands, pulled in $37 million in Series C funding. The round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, includes $22 million in equity alongside a $15 million debt facility from J.P. Morgan.

The company’s new funding facilitates the launch of Presence CRM, an AI-powered solution designed to help agents spend less time managing their databases and more on building client relationships and growing sales. Presence CRM consolidates relationships, data and client experiences and uses AI to handle manual complexities like identifying the best times for reaching out and drafting personalized messages across various channels.

Luxury Presence serves more than 87,000 real estate agents across over 17,000 businesses, and it has recorded significant customer growth since its last funding round in 2023. The company has seen a 198 percent increase in unique visitors to its platform and a 90 percent increase in listings and transaction volume. Over the past year, agents using Luxury Presence’s platform have closed more than $450 billion in transactions through more than 400,000 listings.
