The Meat Mafia is a media brand focused on promoting the health and wellness practices that everyone SHOULD know in order to live their healthiest lives. We live in a society where people are increasingly overweight and obese. Where fertility rates are going down for both men and women. Where people are increasingly unhappy and unhealthy. And where the mainstream media often promotes “health tips” that are unproven, incorrect, or even harmful. At The Meat Mafia, we use our platform to address fundamental problems in our food and healthcare system. Our principles are simple: eat real foods, buy locally, and cook your own meals. We highlight the people on the fringes of the food and healthcare system to address the major crises overshadowing modern society: how do we become healthy again? In 2021, our founders Harry (@MeatMafiaHarry) and Brett (@MeatMafiaBrett) began creating Twitter content centered around nutrition, health, and the food system, branded themselves as The Meat Mafia, and amassed a combined 120,000 person following. In 2022, Harry and Brett launched The Meat Mafia Podcast and 200 episodes later it has skyrocketed up the charts to become a top 15 nutrition podcast. While working to grow the alternative health movement, The Meat Mafia has also begun creating and amplifying Twitter content for brands with products that are addressing fundamental problems in our food and healthcare system. Beyond that, we have our own beef-based protein powder brand (Noble), host a YouTube cooking show with Chef Donny Delicious, and host health summits and events, and do a whole lot more on the media side to grow our brand and the overall alternative health movement!
