Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR. Validate AWS Lambda integrations, document defects, support UAT with stakeholders, and monitor routing and call handling post-deployment.

Lead the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog across multiple instances and modules. Design portals/forms, make minor HTML/CSS changes, build reports/dashboards, run discovery and stakeholder interviews, drive Agile planning, manage change and adoption, surface risks, and partner with engineering, UX, legal, and leadership to deliver and measure product outcomes.

Design, build, and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR experiences; develop AWS Lambda functions and Lex bots; configure Contact Lens and CTRs; integrate Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and third-party APIs; monitor via CloudWatch; support IaC deployments (CloudFormation/Terraform); document designs and support UAT with stakeholders.
