Lead end-to-end deployments of AI agents into customer web apps, debug DOM/rendering issues, build UI automation with Playwright/Puppeteer/CDP, tune AI orchestration and auth handling, partner with customer engineering, and codify repeatable deployment playbooks and tooling.

Design and implement AI agent architectures and integrations for enterprise customers. Lead technical discovery, map systems and workflows, configure agent behavior, run QA/testing, and partner with Product/Engineering to optimize deployments and advocate product improvements.

Develop and optimize prompts, context management, and multimodal prompting workflows for LLM-powered products. Collaborate with Customer Success to iterate on prompts, review conversations and feedback, document and teach prompting best practices, and build small prototypes using Python and low-code tools to test complex prompting and data workflows.
