Engage prospects via cold calls, email, and social selling; research target accounts; maintain CRM records; collaborate with AEs and managers; meet monthly and quarterly qualified-opportunity targets; continuously learn product and apply coaching and AI tools to improve outreach and objection handling.

Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password.

The SMB Account Executive will manage territory, hunt for new business, upsell existing accounts, and build sales pipeline in a dynamic sales environment.
