Own service domains, improve reliability and performance, optimize infrastructure costs, reduce technical debt, modernize legacy systems, and collaborate with product, design, and game teams. The role requires expertise in Go or Java, distributed systems, databases, CI/CD, observability, authentication, secure coding, and cloud or container platforms.

Migrate, maintain, and optimize game development build pipelines across Unreal Engine Horde and Jenkins. Automate CI/CD workflows, manage cloud infrastructure, improve reliability and performance, support observability, troubleshoot Windows and Linux build environments, integrate Perforce, document standardized configurations, and collaborate with development, platform, and DevOps teams across multiple studios.

Leads and scales 2K’s technical program management practice supporting multiple game studios. Owns program delivery strategy, governance, executive reporting, staffing, roadmap execution, risk escalation, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Builds and develops high-performing Technical Program Manager teams while establishing processes and tools that improve delivery visibility and outcomes across shared services and platform initiatives.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for 2K Technology’s cloud infrastructure, physical infrastructure, and developer tools. Align stakeholders, partners, engineering, SRE, and technical operations teams around scalable, reliable, cost-effective capabilities. Responsibilities include requirements definition, customer research, competitive analysis, KPI development, strategic planning, and delivery of technical products for global studios and publishing teams.

Own the product strategy and production delivery of shared AI services and infrastructure across 2K. Drive opportunity intake, prioritization, build-versus-buy decisions, roadmap communication, governance, adoption, reliability, cost, latency, and output quality. Partner with engineering, data science, security, trust and safety, and senior leadership to deliver scalable AI capabilities with auditable compliance and measurable business value.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational tooling. Improve reliability, scalability, observability, developer workflows, security practices, and infrastructure cost efficiency. Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues, document runbooks, manage incidents, and participate in periodic on-call rotations.

Lead a distributed infrastructure, network, and cloud engineering organization across hybrid datacenter and public-cloud environments. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, capacity planning, on-call and incident operations, infrastructure standards, cloud spend and datacenter capacity management, vendor relationships, launch readiness, and executive communication. This is a leadership-focused role requiring deep infrastructure experience and accountability for production systems.

Leads platform engineering at 2K by architecting Kubernetes infrastructure, internal developer platforms, self-service tooling, and reusable Terraform libraries across cloud and data-center environments. Drives AI- and LLM-powered automation, developer experience improvements, CI/CD and platform standards, advanced troubleshooting, high-availability architecture, and technical consultation. Mentors engineers, shapes platform roadmaps, and participates in 24/7 on-call support.

Lead security architecture for cloud and enterprise environments, focusing on AWS, Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes. Design and implement defensive controls, Cloud IAM, network security and policies, automate secure system administration, maintain documentation, lead reviews, and mentor security engineers to improve architecture and secure design practices.

Lead studio-facing technical programs: drive adoption of shared services, define requirements, manage schedules, risks, and deployments, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, transition projects to run-state, and report program status.
