Serves as the principal architect for an AI-native QA software development lifecycle. Designs agentic QA platforms, technical roadmaps, governance, evaluation benchmarks, and human-in-the-loop frameworks. Solves complex architectural, memory, and distributed-systems challenges using multiple programming languages. Leads Playwright automation, Datadog observability, SDK validation across Unreal Engine and Unity, code reviews, architecture reviews, technical collaboration, and mentorship.

Lead the design, operation, and reliability of hybrid AWS and VMware infrastructure supporting game services and millions of players. Manage cloud platforms, databases, networking, load balancers, observability, automation, security, CI/CD, incident response, and disaster recovery. Establish SRE practices, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, runbooks, and post-mortem improvements while partnering with engineering and game studios.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend microservices and APIs for gaming services. Own service domains, improve reliability and performance, optimize infrastructure costs, reduce technical debt, modernize legacy systems, and collaborate with product, design, and game teams. The role requires expertise in Go or Java, distributed systems, databases, CI/CD, observability, authentication, secure coding, and cloud or container platforms.
