Leads customer technical interactions, evaluates electrical drawings and cable schedules, develops bills of materials for medium-voltage custom kits, coordinates manufacturing and sales teams, and manages project execution. The role requires interpreting electrical specifications and equipment drawings, understanding medium-voltage systems and equipment, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing technical communication and field training. It is based on-site in Austin at least four days per week and includes up to 10% domestic travel.

Lead design and development of electromechanical systems from concept to production, including analog/digital/power circuitry, PCB design, hardware bring-up and debugging, EMC/regulatory compliance, prototype validation, cross-functional integration with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams, and driving product commercialization and IP development.

Represents end users technically, supports product adoption and launches, and influences application development. Partners with engineering and business teams to validate customer needs, standards compliance, product performance, testing, and technical collateral. Leads customer discussions to identify electrical requirements and communicates product applications through documentation, presentations, and field training. The role is onsite in Austin at least four days weekly and may require up to 25% travel.
