Provides executive counsel to major consumer and technology brands, oversees integrated creator campaigns and talent negotiations, and ensures measurable business impact. Manages multi-million-dollar portfolios, financial performance, risk, compliance, and operational delivery while building high-performing teams. Represents the agency externally through thought leadership, industry events, awards, and new business pitches.

Lead measurement strategy and insights across integrated PR, influencer, social, and paid media programs. Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, reports, attribution approaches, and testing programs; deliver audience, cultural, competitive, and performance insights; present recommendations to clients; and manage, mentor, and review analysts. Support new business, thought leadership, data governance, and agency-wide measurement standards.
